The Timbers Club is a member-owned Residence Club that offers a unique ownership program. The program assures each member a minimum of six weeks per year, including two weeks of prime winter vacation as well as two weeks of prime summer vacation. If you are lucky enough to find even more time to spend at your vacation home, The Timbers Club is happy to accommodate members on a space-available basis with no cap on length of stay. The result of the program is a million-dollar lifestyle and luxurious mountain residence at a fraction of the cost.

Q: Is a Timbers Club "membership" a real estate interest?
A: Yes it is. Although we commonly refer to our Owners as "Members," each Member actually owns a deeded 1/8 undivided interest as tenants-in-common in one of the 36 Timbers Club three-bedroom residences. All Owners have equal rights of usage of all 36 three-bedroom residences. Ownership is evidenced by a real estate deed, recorded in the county records and insured by a title insurance policy. Your deeded 1/8 undivided interest can be mortgaged, willed, placed in a trust, owned by a corporation, and so on. Your Timbers Club interest can be resold by you or a licensed real estate agent, subject to the Condominium Declarations and Bylaws. There is a restriction on resale until such time as the developer has sold the 288 three-bedroom ownership interests.

A: The Timbers Club at Snowmass is an exclusive, service-oriented, member-owned, private residence club. The Club consists of 36 beautifully appointed three-bedroom residences and an elegant Clubhouse. The Timbers Club is located right on the slopes, with direct ski access just outside your door at the base of the Assay Hill ski lift.
Q: Is the Timbers Club in a "ski in/ski out" location?
A: Yes it is! It is not possible to have better ski access than you enjoy as a Timbers Club Owner. The Timbers Club is located right on the Assay Hill ski run on Snowmass Mountain. The base of the Assay Hill lift is literally steps from the door of our Clubhouse.
Q: What is the quality of the Timbers Club construction, finish and furnishings?
A: Construction, finish and furnishings are of the highest quality. Exteriors are stone, timbers, wood and plaster to complement the mountain setting. The pedestrian plaza is snowmelted. Parking is underground. Interiors rival that of the finest mountain home with timber accents, stone entries and fireplaces, luxurious marble bathrooms, gourmet kitchens with granite slab kitchen counters, elegant carpeting... the list goes on. Each residence is completely and elegantly furnished, and supplied with everything needed to create your home away from home.
Q: Is there storage space for Owners' sports equipment and clothing?
A: Yes. Each Member has a large equipment storage locker for ski equipment and other recreational gear plus a large storage container for clothing and personal items. These storage units are the equivalent of the typical "Owner's closet" found in many mountain homes. This means you can step on the plane with nothing more than a book for your vacation at your mountain retreat!
